Signup on the sheets posted in the CMR team room at Hogadon, or contact the head coach. The deadline to sign up for, or withdraw from, out-of-town races is two weeks prior to departure. Please do not sign up unless you are sure you can go. If an athlete withdraws from an out-of-town race after the deadline, there will be a cancellation charge equal to the amount the athlete would have paid less any refundable amounts.
Athletes must bring cash or check for the estimated cost of the trip to the departure point unless other arrangements have been approved by a board member. When the trip is completed, any adjustments will be posted to the athletes’ accounts and will appear on the next statements.
